All of Thanissaro Bhikkhu’s translations of suttas from the Pali Canon can now be browsed on-line with full cross-referencing here on dhammatalks.org. To navigate there, use the first tab in the above navigation menu, or go directly to dhammatalks.org/suttas. Ever since accesstoinsight.org was frozen to new content a few years ago, it has been a priority to provide a replacement platform for Ven. Thanissaro’s body of translations that allows for the inclusion of all the revisions and new suttas that have been, and will continue to be, added. The suttas here will be the most comprehensive and up-to-date, and the ebook formats of them will lag only a few weeks behind. Since the Dhamma is for free distribution, many of these translations can be found elsewhere on the internet, including at accesstoinsight.org, but it is highly recommended that you check them against the authoritative versions here at dhammatalks.org.

Handful of Leaves: an Anthology from the Sutta Pitaka. This revised edition adds 37 newly translated suttas from the Digha, Samyutta, and Anguttara Nikayas, two new poems from the Theragatha, and the entire fifth book of the Khuddaka Nikaya, the Sutta Nipata. The new additions are fully integrated into the collection with hyper-linked cross-references. It is recommended that you replace your current copy with this revised edition. The individual sutta collections have also been updated.

Khuddakapatha: Short Passages. This, the first book in the Khuddaka Nikaya (Collection of Short Discourses), appears to have been designed as a primer for novice monks and nuns. In nine short passages it covers the basic topics that one would need to know when beginning Buddhist monastic life; many of the passages also serve as useful introductions to Buddhist practice in general.
How Pointy is One-pointedness?. An expostion of the term ‘One Pointedness’ as a factor of the first jhana, the beginning level of right concentration.
